Comfort World Service ("we," "us," or "our") provides on-demand SMS messaging for commercial HVACR diagnostic, troubleshooting, and dispatch logistics support to our technicians and employees. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Comfort World Service sends SMS text messages to registered commercial HVAC technicians to provide real-time troubleshooting assistance, technical documentation, parts sourcing details, and dispatch logistics support.
2. Consent and Opt-In
- End-users (authorized Comfort World Service employees and technicians) consent verbally to receive messages during onboarding by an administrator.
- End-users can also opt-in by texting the keyword START directly to (848) 217-4911.
- By opting in, you agree to receive automated and manual technical assistance text messages from Comfort World Service. Message frequency varies based on active technician queries.
3. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us or from you to us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
4. How to Opt-Out / Help
- To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to (848) 217-4911. You will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.
- For assistance, reply HELP or contact our support team directly.
5. SMS Privacy Policy
Comfort World Service is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or lease our customer or employee lists to third parties.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates.
